Dear all,

after a break caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic we are back and ready to put together yet another donation run.

This time, unlike previously, we will be only collecting bikes, as it has been brought up to our attention that not only are the bikes a source of fun and physical activity, but more importantly some of the recipients of the bikes from our previous donation campaigns have used them to commute to school. This is especially important for teenagers in more remote parts of The Gambia, whose middle school is often as far as 10km from where they live. Thus, we thought that this time the sports equipment that we donate could also help the teenagers stay in school by easing the burden of commuting there.

We will be collecting bikes from the 16th through the 23 of May 2021.

Our address is:

Straconki 72

43-300, Bielsko-Biala.

We are aware that most of our English-speaking friends and donors most probably do not live in the area, thus, if you would like to donate money, which will go towards the costs of the container(s)(approximately EUR2,000) in which the bikes will be send from Poland to The Gambia . Please visit our "Become a donor" page.

The Gambian National Cycling Team, one of the sports teams sponsored by Conviventia Mauri, has been hard at work preparing for Tour de Fleuve.

The cyclist told us they are ready to show their best during the 4-day long race that is to take place across Senegal from the 28th of January until the 2nd of February.

We have our fingers crossed for them and will update you on their results!

Endless pure happiness, enormous flow of gratitude and honest wide smiles…

rewording gift we as Conviventia Mauri could ever receive!

We are excited to announce that this past Monday our team had the pleasure of distributing the donated sports equipment to the Gambian kids and youth.

As a result of the generous donations, both monetary and in-kind, we have been able to gift the sport-loving kids with tens of football and volleyball balls, tennis racquets, bikes and many more.

A thousand thanks to everyone who has contributed, and as we are thinking of organizing our next fundraiser soon, we are inviting you to support us by making a donation.
